Include your preferred date, pickup and delivery suburbs, an approximate list of items and access information for both addresses. Mention stairs, lifts, parking, long carries and any large, fragile or unusually heavy items.
How do I compare moving quotes?
Ask whether the quote is an estimate or a fixed total, what is included, how time is measured, and whether minimums, travel or additional charges apply. Request the terms in writing before booking.
Can I ask for packing or unpacking help?
Yes, tell us what you would like help with and ask what materials, labour and charges would apply. Confirm the scope in your quote before booking.
Access & preparation
How should I prepare for apartment access?
Check building rules, parking, loading zones and whether a lift must be booked. Share floor numbers, lift access and any restrictions for both addresses when you enquire.
What about a single item or unusually heavy furniture?
Describe the item, its approximate dimensions and weight, and any stairs or tight access. We can discuss whether the job is suitable and what arrangements may be needed.

Cover & changes
What insurance should I ask about?
Ask what insurance applies to your belongings during the move, including limits, exclusions, any excess and the claims process. Public liability and cover for goods in transit are different; request policy details before deciding if additional cover is needed.
What if my moving date changes?
Contact the team as soon as your plans change. Ask about availability and the cancellation or rescheduling terms that apply to your booking.
